Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026.

Sonic Memory is a memory game developed by ItaloCruzLealApps. When you use the app, certain information is processed to provide the game, authenticate players, maintain the global leaderboard, measure app performance, and display ads.

Data we may collect

Google sign-in is optional. The app may also create an anonymous identity so the leaderboard can be used without requiring a Google Account.

How we use data

Services we use

Sonic Memory uses Google services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In, and Google AdMob. These providers may process data under their own policies to operate the contracted services, provide analytics, and display advertising.

The developer does not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with the law, protect rights, or prevent fraud.

Security and retention

Data transmitted by the app uses encrypted connections in transit. Account information is retained while the account is active or for as long as needed to operate requested features.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Residual copies in backup systems and security logs may remain for up to 90 days. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies the user may be retained. Google services also apply their own retention periods.

Control your data

Request account and data deletion

To request deletion:

  1. Use the button below to email support.
  2. Send the message from the address linked to Google sign-in, when applicable.
  3. Include the nickname shown on the leaderboard and state that you want to delete your Sonic Memory account.
  4. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or personal documents.

After verifying the request, we will delete the Firebase account, associated identifiers, name, email, stored profile photo, login history, nickname, score, and global leaderboard record. Data stored only on the device can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data controlled by the developer. The availability of each right may vary under the laws of your country or region.
